    • Phone number

    • Postal address (permanent residence, self-employed address, correspondence)

    • Billing information (company name, ID number, VAT number, bank account numbers)

Video recordings are available to online course participants for viewing. These materials will never contain the names of participants unless they are a reference, and only with your consent. If you do not wish to appear in the recordings, please let us know via our contact information before the live event.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods unless the law stipulates a longer retention period or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Our employees and collaborators, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in data protection, have access to your personal data. We all work together to take care of your data as if it were our own.

Most of our processing operations are handled internally within our company system.

To handle specific processing operations that we cannot perform on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in these operations and comply with GDPR.

All involved processors are required to protect your personal data just as we do and have committed to this through a declaration or contract.

These processors mainly include suppliers in the fields of server infrastructure, security, and accounting.

In the future, we may decide to use additional applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise that we will place at least the same security and processing quality requirements on these processors as we do on ourselves.

Transfer of data outside the EU

We process data exclusively within the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on a decision by the European Commission.

Your rights

In connection with the protection of your personal data, you have several rights. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email at info@bm4u.cz.

  • Right to information
This right is fulfilled by this information page regarding the processing of personal data. Thanks to the right of access, you can request from us at any time, and we will provide you within 30 days with information on what personal data we process and why.

  • Right to restriction of processing
You can exercise this right if you believe that we are processing inaccurate data. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully but do not want all data deleted, or if you have objected to the processing, you can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes.

  • Right to object
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you can object.

  • Right to data portability
If you wish to transfer your personal data to another entity, we will process it similarly to the right of access, except that we will provide the information in a machine-readable format. We need at least 30 days for this.

Your other right is the right to erasure (right to be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to be forgotten. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the systems of all involved processors and backups. To ensure the right to erasure, we need 30 days. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, such as having to retain issued tax documents for the period required by law. In such cases, we will delete only those personal data not subject to other legal obligations. We will inform you via email once the erasure is complete.

  • Complaint to the Data Protection Authority
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. We would appreciate it if you inform us of any suspicions first, so we can address the issue and correct any mistakes.

If we send you marketing emails, newsletters, articles, or information about our products and services, you can opt-out by sending an email to info@bm4u.cz.

  • Confidentiality
