Under the BM4U brand, we provide interim managers and change project management for medium-sized and large
companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Change projects: business expansion, supply chain and construction of entire
plants or installation and transfer of technologies.
Under the BA4U brand, we focus primarily on the intergenerational transfer of family businesses in the Czech Republic and
Slovakia. We resolve family relationships (family constitution, family council, etc.), restructuring and transformation into
holding structures, including the use of trust or endowment funds or qualified investor funds (SICAV). We also provide
services related to the sale of family businesses.
Under the BL4U brand, we specialise in crisis management for commercial corporations. We manage restructuring projects
to save companies from bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings. We also rescue companies in financial distress through
insolvency proceedings.
